BMQ, the developer of the Containerized Pellet Plant, has improved and enhanced the design of an entirely self-contained pellet production system that is compact, clean, and is the ideal, affordable 1-2 ton-per-hour pellet production solution.
The CPP can be installed and up and running within 4 hours on a customer-provided 40’ flat surface with electric power feed - eliminating the need for expensive dedicated buildings or facilities. The CPP arrives on a semi truck - stacked systems arrive on 2 semi trucks and are assembled with the use of a crane to stack the modular, custom-fit containers.
The standard CPP comes complete with manual, weigh scale bagging and can be adapted to most existing trailer load out systems - and optional features include bulk load-out, tote sack loading, large raw material surge capacity, hammer milling and an on-site office.
The BMQ CPP is the ideal pellet production solution for processing wood, biomass, feed products, manures, virtually anything that can produce pellets.
